Inconsiderate parking

This week I have been out and about, seeing a significant amount of inconsiderate parking in the Sketty area.

Vehicles are parking on pavements, completely blocking pedestrian access.  This means that children, parents with prams or pushchairs, people with disabilities are forced onto the road. 

This is mainly along Gower Road.

One vehicle in the Tycoch areas was not only blocking pedestrian access, but had parked alongside another vehicle, preventing residents from leaving in their vehicles in the small cul-de-sac. One missed hospital appointment, residents late for work, and a queue for traffic waiting to exit the street.

These vehicles have been issued with PACT warning notices in the first instance.
